NYU in Tel Aviv Study Abroad Admission Letter
• Include a photocopy of your acceptance letter to NYU in Tel Aviv. Use the letter from your
Acceptance Packet—not the letter you were e-mailed.
Processing Fee of $42.00
• A processing fee of $42.00 must be paid by money order or cash, NOT check!
• Make the money order or check payable to the Consulate General of Israel in New York.
Pre-Paid UPS Express Mail OR USPS Overnight Express Mail Envelope – approximately $16.50
• Address this envelope to your permanent address or where you can receive mail during Winter
Break.
• Write the Office of Global Program’s address (NYU – Office of Global Programs, 110 East 14th
Street, Lower Level; NY, NY 10003) as the sender’s address. (This is crucial: the UPS may reroute
and inspect mail that does not have a return address, delaying the delivery of your visa by
weeks.)
• If you plan on picking up your visa from the Office of Global Programs (which is the ideal
situation if you are in or near New York), you don’t need to include an envelope.
